  1. The AWS and Google Drive Apps are to configure your different storage providers. In the Call-Recording app (and the Fax App and the Voicemail App if you have a storage document set up), we just let you configure which connections to choose, as well as picking a specific folder for that feature, I wouldn't call that redundant.

But you bring up a good point about allowing customers to check all recordings without exposing the storage settings, for now you wouldn't be able to do it.

    Maybe an idea?

on the Call recording app on Sandbox, is it possible to disable for users those 2 tabs "Storage Settings"  "Configuration" and only allow them to see and listen to the call recording tap? I can see wanting to restrict access from users the config of an Amazon account or the configuration to which phone should have call recording on or off, this should only be set by an administrator sometimes,

Thanks for the feedback! We didn't build the current app for end-users in mind, it's mostly to help admin configure their call-recording settings. If we want to expose recordings to end-users, then I wonder if it would make more sense to add it as a tab to the "User Portal" instead.

  3. I added a workaround in SmartPBX 4.1, which will prevent the system from adding "0" to the main callflow until a user adds an actual main number to the system. When that number is added through SmartPBX, then the app will set "0" as a Main Number.

Additionally, if a user removes the last main number seen in the app then the number "0" will also be removed and replaced by a placeholder.

Edit: In order to fix empty callflows that would already have been created with the "0" numbers: just clicking on "Main Number" will replace the "0" by a placeholder.

  4. It's only supported in 4.1, so it's currently available on our sandbox environment but not on our production (ui.zswitch.net), I should have specified that, sorry!

Then for MOH on account: - Start the callflows app > Select Account Settings > Select Misc Tab > Music on Hold dropdown select Stream URL

For Users: - Start the callflows app > Select Users > Click on a User > Click on Advanced > Click on the Options tab > Music on Hold dropdown select Stream URL

  5. That's a very good question. Somehow it slipped through time because we didn't really notice it but I believe it's an old mechanism that was allowing us to use the Pivot app properly. We don't believe we need this "hack" anymore so we updated the codebase to stop creating that callflow the first time you are using the Pivot app.

  6. So actually... there is a way to change the threshold by changing the "Auto top-up Threshold" in the UI. This field is used by the back-end for the Threshold used by the Branding Template for the Low Amount Notification. This is not really a great UX, as this field is used for 2 different features, so we will work on separating those 2 fields into 2 different categories so it's easier to configure in the future.
