Is there a way to customize the conference call greeting?

Hey Marie, Unfortunately, there is currently no way to customize the conference greeting in the UI, but we are planning on adding this option to the "Main Conference" in Smart PBX, in the form of a Text-to-Speech field. We will let you know as soon as this is available!
