i see a valid use case for "extension to extension" dialing between accounts
but not sure what you mean with "create and manage call flows with multiple accounts" -
it's on 3.22.60 which i believe is not yet deployed.

i see what you mean. the voicemail in line type does not allow to set the extension

BUT...., FIY...., i just coded the feature to allow BLF subscriptions to vmboxes, uri should be <prefix><vm number> where <prefix> is account dependant with system default to *98 and <vm number> is vmbox number. so in my case *981013 would turn RED when there are new messages in vm 1013 and i can just press the key.
i'll post an update when it becomes available. -
and you can't do that when programming the BLF ? i know that cisco spa5xx support this, but will see if that's something we can work out

so, MWI -> BLF (dialog) translation. would it be like signaling "answered" (RED) when there is a unread vm in the box ? -

i don't understand what you're trying to do.
the subscription type for a VM is always MWI. -
if voicemail number is 456 and realm is sip.io you can subscribe to 456@sip.io

Hi,
you should receive an email anytime a fax did not go through, which is not the same as any fax attempt.
maybe your template is broken or some bug in the fax/teletype.
are you hosted with 2600hz ? -

you can create a VM in "Advanced Callflows" without a user attached and use it in "incoming call handling" for main number or you can create a callflow to reach this VM -

but will vitelity allow you to fax by extension to/from fax machine/emailtofax ? or fax between accounts within the platform without maximizing revenue ? or drop your client faxes in their favourite storage provider (google drive, dropbox, ... ) ? or reuse one number for both fax and voice ?

as i said, that's the result of your experience, it doesn't apply to everyone.

i made the comment as an individual user while using faxing in several environments.
ATA's may be hard to configure and i'm sure Darren was talking about provisioning it.
i'm not against your move to vitelity but it seems obsessive to me to exclude 2600hz while it perfectly does the job, and your post without a reply would otherwise be seen as an answer to a problem which other may think it exists. maybe you got a bad experience and you're pleased with vitelity which is ok, but i just want others to know that it's ok to use ata's with 2600hz for faxing. -
well, i say exactly the opposite. faxing with 2600hz has been reliable for both inbound and outbound. i use SPA112 and Obihai , fax2email , email2fax and also use it integrated in "windows fax e scan".
