Thanks, i have managed to get a US based server and install the packages but i am no stuck at this error: when i give the following prompt: "sup kazoo_media_maintenance import_prompts /opt/kazoo/sounds/en/us/" this is the output: Connection to service failed! Failed to connect to service kazoo_apps@rpt.com with cookie change_me Possible fixes: * Ensure the Kazoo service you are trying to connect to is running on the host * Ensure that you are using the same cookie as the Kazoo node, `sup -c <cookie>` * Verify that the hostname being used is a Kazoo node Please assist.

I am having the same issue, tried all the suggestions but no results.
