  1. TWIL: Under Advanced Callflows > Voicemail > Select User> Advanced > Options. You can enable Fast-forward and rewind. Then to FF or RW while listing to a VM: 5 to Rewind and 8 to Fast Forward. Update: Opt 9: Calls customer back
