Ricardo Posted September 5, 2018 Report Posted September 5, 2018 rdg have you tried to implement the queue and managed to exclude an agent that is already in the lie with a client? we are currently experiencing an issue where an agent is answering a call from the queue and when another call gets in, all users experience a ringing, including the one that is on the line at the moment
