Jack Noe Posted October 19, 2018 Report Share Posted October 19, 2018 Hi all. We have a customer, he wants missed calls on the phone only if the call came to specific device. If the call went to a ring group which includes a few devices there should not be a missed on the phone. there is a way to set it, by un-selecting ignore complete elsewhere. The problem is, it only works if someone picket up the call. If no one in the group picks up the call, all devices in the ring group receive a missed call. The customer doesnt want this, he wants missed call never from a group, only when ringing a user or device direct. Does anyone have a way for this?
