Hello,

To explain the structure :

We have a customer who has is own Avaya Central that we connect with our sip trunk, we have put all the number in the PBX connector.

Our problem is :

The Caller A XXXXXXX01 call  XXXXXXX02: Kazoo is correctly redirecting the call to the Avaya central then a forward is put on the Avaya central So the call goes again through Kazoo then Go on the upstream provider to number XXXXXXXXX03 :

Our customer is complaining the number XXXXXXXX03 receive the call with caller id XXXXXXXXX02 instead of XXXXXXXX01.

We have of course ask the company who handles the central what they are sending and they are sending the caller id XXXXXXXXX01.

I wonder if there is a mechanism in Kazoo who ignores the caller id send by the Avaya IP office and how to disable it?

Is someone already encounter this issue?

Kind regards

If you can capture the SIP packets and debug kazoo logs, you should see what caller-id manipulation is happening. Specifically you would need to look at the second pass through KAZOO when Avaya forwards the call to the X03 number, how the SIP packet comes in from Avaya.
