fmateo05 Posted March 30, 2020 Report Posted March 30, 2020 It is a good idea to create a silent prompt and set a menu with timeout of some seconds and a digit option Press 4 (for example) for DISA Timeout for routing the call to normal user or callflows. Then, the number used for this feature would have multiple functions.
