Login Posted May 15, 2020 Report Posted May 15, 2020 Hi, does voicemail transcription work? I have it enabled for users but it doesn't transcribe the VM in the email. I saw an old thread on here from 2016 that although it's an option, the transcribing services were so poor that it was never fully set up. Thanks!

We discussed this on last month's business partner call actually - I believe there's a recording of it floating around. But, no, not yet - but will be enabled next week or the week after. Look for an announcement! It's almost there.
