AnthonyP Posted November 6, 2020 Report Posted November 6, 2020 Good morning, We have a client looking for the Transfer Recall feature, and I'm not sure I've ever seen this supported in Kazoo. Basically how this goes on other systems is if you blind transfer a call to another extension, and that extension does not answer(or is busy) then the call rings back to the person who transferred it. In this instance, the users on the accounts do not have voicemail configured and if not answered during the transfer, the call just drops. Is this a feature that is supported in any way, or does anyone have any good workarounds here? Thanks!
