Login Posted October 25, 2021 Report Share Posted October 25, 2021 Feature request: adding the option to add a queue announcement status for callers on hold to hear (e.g. "You are 3rd in the queue. To not lose your place in line and to receive a callback, press #"). This is only available through the Call Center app, would be great to have in Advanced Callflows.
