VVX Polycom Call on demand

Hi good afternoon,

We have a VVX 400, with call recordings on demand set up, so when dialing *27 while on a call, the call gets recorded,

 

How is it possible to set this as a button on the side of the phone,

If we put a speed dial manual or automatic to dial *27 it places the call on hold and make a new call,
