2022 Q2 Newsletter

We can’t believe another quarter has gone by and that we’re halfway through 2022 already! We hope that everyone is having a great start to the summer. As always, we’ve been busy and are excited to share these updates with you.


Highlights From Q2

In April, we published a new podcast with Xarios Technologies that provides an update on the strategic partnership we launched between KAZOO and Dimensions in March of 2020. This episode focuses on how this partnership has evolved to include more robust call reporting and analytics that provide insight into anything from Call Center metrics to SIP trunk usage. We also touched on the role these data and reporting tools will play in the hybrid or remote workforce. The month of May was all about KAZOOcon for everyone at Team 2600Hz! The product teams across the company were heads down finalizing the new features and apps launched at KAZOOcon, while our engineers and QA team were hard at work ensuring they would be ready for the KAZOO 5.1 release. Barring a few hiccups we've all gotten used to with virtual events, KAZOOcon was a HUGE success thanks in large part to our amazing community of partners. If you didn't get a chance to register or had to miss some of the event, the full conference is available on demand here, so you can get fully up to speed on all the exciting new features coming to the platform!

We wrapped up Q2 with some exciting inclusions in industry publications. Rocco Research included 2600Hz in their 2022 CPaaS Market Intelligence report, and UC Today featured 2600Hz in their 2022 UC Market Guide. It is always great to be recognized by thought leaders in the industry and even better when they are highlighting the true strength and flexibility of KAZOO!

We’re constantly adding to the Community, and have been updating our Support page that features downloadable resources (including white-label docs!) and a series of videos explaining how to get started with KAZOO.
