M.Hull Posted August 2, 2022 Report Posted August 2, 2022 Currently there is an option in the branding app that when enabled will send a email notification upon a VoIP device is deregistered. It turns out that the same De-Register email is sent when a VoIP device is registered. We are requesting a feature request that when a VoIP device is registered a notification will be sent that XXX device has just registered and a separate email is sent when a VoIP device De-Registers. We've seen some softphones that send a REGISTER for 300s then immediately follows up with a REGISTER with no Expires header which KAZOO treats as a deregister. Quote
