I was told to go ahead and post this.  
As the title suggests, The Advanced Provisioner seems to be pushing "Account 2" under the account settings for the DSS keys instead of "Account 1".  This took a while to figure out.   The user needs to log into the phone and change from account 2 to account 1 manually.
This has been confirmed on the T28.   I can not confirm for T38 because the BLF tab in ADV PRV is messed up.

I'm not able to reproduce this. If this is still occurring, may you let me know which account/device and recreation steps?
