Marie Posted May 21, 2015 Report Share Posted May 21, 2015 How does DND work with Hunt Groups?If we have 3 users in a group and have calls distributed sequentially so call rings User1 first, User2 second, User 3 third, ringing each user for 30 seconds, what happens if User1 does not answer and User2 has DND on?If DND on in ring group does the call stop group ringing sequence and go to voice mail?
