FASTDEVICE Posted February 22, 2017 Report Posted February 22, 2017 I was wondering how important it is to enable MWI Subscription. The voicemail indicator appears to work regardless of it being enabled or disabled. Is there a preference and why?

Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted March 10, 2017 Administrators Report Posted March 10, 2017 We support "unsolicited MWIs" so we will send the MWI to the user who is assigned a voicemail box (and all their devices) regardless of the subscription status. So I don't believe you need to turn that on, I think it just adds noise.
