My objective is, that a customer that is outside the office should still be able to call someone and it should come up the “office caller ID”, What I’m doing is, 1) Call in the office number and press the Disa code 2) From Disa call an outside number like a customers or any other number It always comes up my cell phone number, never comes up the office number, I even tried the workaround from this conversation https://helpcenter.2600hz.com/2600hz/topics/caller-id-changerchecking or unchecking Keep the original Caller-ID makes absolutely no differenceIt defeats the whole purpose of Disa, am I doing something wrong?
