Mattia Posted July 10, 2017 Report Posted July 10, 2017 I'm trying to put a new feature request on tickets.2600hz.com but when I log in, system says that my email address does not have access to 2600hz.atlassian.net.
extremerotary Posted July 10, 2017 Report Posted July 10, 2017 Go to 2600hz.atlassian.net, and up in the top right corner, it says 'log in'. Click that, then at the bottom it says, "Need an account? Sign Up" Hit that sign up link and create an account. Once completed, log in and you'll be able to create bug and user story tickets in their JIRA.

I am looking into it. New users who login are not being granted the JIRA app. It's something on the new JIRA user auth system they have and I don't know how to fix it but I'm working on it!
