dangle76 Posted February 12, 2018 Report Share Posted February 12, 2018 I currently have a customer who wants to see the missed calls show up on their Aastra's (55i's and 57i's) if the call came in from a group. I've tried user and device groups and they both do not seem to show up in the missed call/received call lists. I've tried the following lines in the config file based off of the admin guide (both of which are the only things I can find even relating to the call list in the phone) to no avail: sip missed call summary subscription: 1 sip line1 missed call summary subscription: 1 Has anyone else run into this and possibly had a resolution?
