CDR's and Billing

We currently have Onebill in place for billing. The software works well. It's not to pricey and has an Avalara and Suretax integration. 

They are willing to set up all our rating and pricing etc. for our metered clients with toll free, international ,etc. if we place CDR's every month on an FTP location.

(I'm not a software API person. I know there's webhooks and pivot and this and that. All makes no sense to me) 

What is the easiest and most simple way to get these from 2600/Kazoo to them so they can do this? Or possibly direct me to someone to do this API stuff for me to make this happen?

It shouldn't be that hard to make a PHP script (or whatever) that grabs last months CDRs from all accounts and send them as separate files via FTP.
