If you have issues with Mobile data either use a stun server, or charge the APN settings to use IPV4 not IPV6, somehow 2600HZ is not working well with IPV6,

May not be exactly what you asked, but if you must have that, you cannot take Grandstream phones, Grandstream has a feature in the phone to send an email on an "incoming call" event

Not worried about clients using API, Most of them don't even know what CMD is or even how to download teamviewer😊😊 But they sure know how to go into the Web and start clicking buy numbers....
