We had a request from a client to be able for a caller to hit their voicemail greeting, but then be able to press 0 during the greeting and get transferred to the receptionist. They mentioned they were able to do it on their old system.

That would be awesome if that is the case. I have never asked and just assumed all device setups cost.

What is everyone doing for after hours forwarding to an answering service? As of now, I am adding a device and assigning it the phone number of the answering service. This costs a device license so I am wondering what others have done to maybe bypass having to charge the client for another license. Thanks for any feedback you have!

Kristin, is there a way to change the threshold? It looks like it is set for $5 right now.
