  2. We had a request from a client to be able for a caller to hit their voicemail greeting, but then be able to press 0 during the greeting and get transferred to the receptionist. They mentioned they were able to do it on their old system.
  3. That would be awesome if that is the case. I have never asked and just assumed all device setups cost.
  4. What is everyone doing for after hours forwarding to an answering service? As of now, I am adding a device and assigning it the phone number of the answering service. This costs a device license so I am wondering what others have done to maybe bypass having to charge the client for another license. Thanks for any feedback you have!
  5. Kristin, is there a way to change the threshold? It looks like it is set for $5 right now.
