  1. It's not possible now from what I know, But I agree it would be a very useful feature

This is a great feature when you are making and receiving calls directly to your DID, If you are using the company's main # that has an IVR menu seemingly it does not ring back Any way to set call park to ring back to a call group or any other way to get this to work when you are using main number as caller id that has an IVR menu ?
  3. To allow anyone from a domain @Domain.com to send fax to email using he main number go to (after you set a main fax #) go to Advanced Callow Flow, Advanced, SMTP, SMTP permissions list add the domain you would like to allow sending faxes out of
