bsimpson72515
I am receiving an error when trying to listen for audio prompts. We can place a call and it hits our web service but no audio prompts just static. I have attached this log which shows the error we are receiving. Any help on this would be appreciated. 2600Hz Employees mc_ Posted December 16, 2019 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted December 16, 2019 Make sure that `event-stream-framing` in /etc/kazoo/freeswitch/autoload_configs/kazoo.conf.xml matches the result of `sup kapps_config get ecallmgr tcp_packet_type`.
