Highlights From Q2   We're all buzzing about AI and automation in telecommunications, and the Call & Contact Center Expo in Las Vegas was right on par. Leading tech companies are excited about and see the positive, transformative potential of AI implementation within call centers. As participants, Team 2600Hz engaged with thought leaders and showcased the newest technologies in the CCaaS market. This is an exciting time in telecommunications, and we are thrilled to be trailblazing this new AI chapter in telecom!     Recognizing our progress in pioneering AI, our groundbreaking work on KAZOO, and our easy-to-use desktop app, TMCnet, American Business Awards, and ChannelVision Magazine honored 2600Hz with several prestigious awards.   TMCnet's UC Product of the Year recognized us for our "ingenuity and excellence in groundbreaking work on KAZOO” for two years running. Right on the heels of UC Product of the Year, American Business Awards awarded 2600Hz as Company of the Year in Telecommunications for the second consecutive year.  Wrapping up Q2, Channel Vision Magazine honored us with not one but two awards: Top Innovation for Kazoo and End User Portal for comm.land!   A huge congratulations to Team 2600Hz for their outstanding achievements!

Marketing Updates   It wouldn’t be a 2600Hz newsletter without some media and press updates. Here are a few highlights from Q2: Kazoocon is back! Kazoocon will take place October 23-25th at The Palms in Las Vegas. This conference is all about pushing boundaries, having a blast, and creating lifelong connections. Secure your tickets today!  We are excited to announce the integration of several new devices from Vtech, Panasonic, and Avaya into its Advanced Provisioner application.  In early spring, we were nominated as Channel Future's 2023's Top UCaaS Providers You Should Know. Thought leader Jon Arnold said that 2600Hz is a "UCaaS provider worth watching. 2600Hz’s cloud communications platform, Kazoo, offers UCaaS, CPaaS and CCaaS solutions." UC Today announced 2600Hz as a Top UC Platform Providers for 2023. In a two-part No Jitter article, Elka Popova interviewed Patrick Sullivan, asking him to asses the speed of innovation and the opportunities in the business communications market and to identify anything interesting and innovative in our platform. With our AI Team now in full force, Sullivan proactively discusses 2600Hz's approach to practicing ethical AI in his LinkedIn article.
