Marie Posted June 19, 2015 Report Share Posted June 19, 2015 I am testing out the Forgot Info? link on the Monster UI login page for Password Recovery and now I cannot log into Monster UI. Getting Invalid credentials, please check that your username and account name are correct. I filled out the Password Recovery info and it did not email me my information.
