  1. Hi Marie, is there anyway you could try it again?  I just tested it out and it seemed to work for me... 
  2. I believe you can only move numbers to another account on the same level.  The functionality you want has been requested, but it has not come out yet.  Currently if you need to move a DID to a parent account, you'll have to send us a support request. 
  3. Thank you so much for your input.  We really appreciate it.  We'll definitely pass this onto our provisioning team so they can consider it.
