FASTDEVICE Posted July 6, 2016 Author Report Posted July 6, 2016 When I research low-bitrate codecs, two are predominately recommended; Opus and iLBC. The issue is a number of softphones don't support Opus, but do support iLBC. I.e Zoiper.
Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted July 6, 2016 Administrators Report Posted July 6, 2016 OPUS is supported and is the popular one these days due to broad WebRTC support. I'd suggest going that way and ragging on Zoiper to implement it.
