Obihai - Provisioner settings...where to put..

So I'm trying to get a Obihai 202 device setup through advanced provisioner for a conference room phone (traditional analog conf. phone). 

I setup the Obiha in the Advanced Provisioner with the appropriate MAC address. 

I'm trying to figure out how to setup the Obihai to point to the provisioner and grab it's info. 

Of course, time crunch...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If it is not working try removing the http:// and trailing slash.  Make sure you have working DNS as well.

It is also worth mentioning that the Obihai devices have a great management system from the vendor.  I would look into the ITSP management interface they offer.  You might prefer using their interface over the 2600 interface for managing these devices.  You should be able to add all your devices with it.
