Csico 504G Incoming call beep

Hi i have a cisco 504G phone.

Customer wants to have incoming call beep (the beep for incoming call, while on a active call), to be less frequent and lower that the default settings.

I do see in the phone Regional > Call Progress tones> Call waiting tone: 440@-10;30(.3/9.7/1)

But i dont know what changes to make to this.
