tomas_
Did you try to flush the web browser cache (ctrl- reload)? Try to login in another web browser, or in a private / anonymous instance in the browser.
2600Hz Employees mc_ Posted May 16, 2018 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted May 16, 2018 Also, please include the full request logs (the request id is a random uuid so no need to obfuscate it).

tomas_
The fact that it's working in another browser points to my previous post, that the browser cache contains old versions of the code. Try to clear the cache in your browser. To check my theory further, try same browser but in another computer (or an anonymous tab in a browser that doesn't work). 2600Hz Employees mc_ Posted May 22, 2018 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted May 22, 2018 I agree with @tomas_ at this point. Let us know if it doesn't work after clearing the browser cache or using a "private" tab in the same browser.

2600Hz Employees mc_ Posted May 25, 2018 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted May 25, 2018 @dvbrusselen thanks for asking! I can assure you someone else will have questions like these and not feel comfortable asking. Plus it can help highlighting where doc improvements could be made, or where inconsistencies lie that we're blind to, or things like that.
