  1. Hello all.

I'm setting up a small law office who are moving over to VoIP for the first time. They are sold on the quality of the VoIP network but want to make sure that the phones

themselves will have a high level of voice quality, particularly when using the speakerphone for conference calls (small conference room).

I've spoken with a few offices who are using the Yealink T46S and they love it. Does anyone on the forum have an opinion on the T46S vs let's say a Polycom?

  2. I have a customer who leases out office space to lawyers. Each "tenant" is given a phone, but not phone service.
What they do get is a service where the main desk secretary will page a particular lawyer when a client comes in via a legacy PBX.
At first I thought I'd have to pay for each phone to be an extension, even though they might be using a different phone service (I guess on a different line). But according to what I'm reading here is it possible to set a paging scenario in one building without using Kazoo (of course I'll push for them to use Kazoo...)?
    Am I reading this correctly?
  3. Hello. I just set up my first office but was caught off guard in regards to a billing/invoicing system. I could manage this manually for one account, but I really need to set something up ASAP. Any suggestions for a quick and easy solution? My main line of business is wholesale carrier and in that line of business we wire funds. Retail is a new experience for me.

    Thanks,
  4. Hello. i"ve noticed that after auto provisioning the vvx310's that 1. I could only reach the polycom page by entering https://xxx.xx.xxx and 2. The default password no longer works. Does anyone know how I could log into the phone to set up such features as the line keys?

    Thanks,

    Avi

(the only way I know how to provision is based off of the documentation from the community. Is there perhaps another way where I could add such things as the line key functions into the provisionor?)
  5. I understand that the total number of trunks available to all the sub-accounts are limited by the number of trunks purchased in the main account.

The issue I'm running into is to how exactly limit the amount of trunks per sub-account. I've tried limiting the trunks in Monster UI via the "Accounts Manager" but it didn't seem to "take".

Additionally, it appears that setting up a service plan and billing for a sub-account is not available via the UI. Could someone please advise how they go about setting up service plan
and bill their accounts? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Abraham
