  1. Is there a way to get the Provisioner to automatically add the Backup Outbound Proxy Server?

I was told to go ahead and post this.   As the title suggests, The Advanced Provisioner seems to be pushing "Account 2" under the account settings for the DSS keys instead of "Account 1".  This took a while to figure out.   The user needs to log into the phone and change from account 2 to account 1 manually. This has been confirmed on the T28.   I can not confirm for T38 because the BLF tab in ADV PRV is messed up.

Most of the IP PBXs have an app that allows you to chat, transfer, Presence, vmail etc.    I sold a ton of Trixbox/ fonality PBXs in the past.  When I try to get them to switch to hosted, they refuse because they have become attached to the app.  They call it HUD.  There are 3rd party apps like: http://www.fop2.com/ http://www.getisymphony.com/    Those are all for asterisk,  I can not seem to find anything for freeswitch.

All of our On Premise IP PBXs have the capability of remote pick up.  The following scenario is all too common:  You see a Nancy's line ringing, She handles the big - high maintenance client.  Nancy has not made it in yet.  You jump up and start the sprint.. hurdling over desks and catapult over partitions, leaving a wake of toppled over chairs and paperwork floating in the air.  You keep up the sprint, not paying attention to you newly cracked rib from sideswiping the water cooler.  You have it in sight, You have a flashback to your high school football days and go for the 1 yard horizontal leap.  You feel your feet leave the ground, eyes fixed on the handset.  You stretch your arm out and reach for the handset as you belly flop on top of the desk and are impaled by a stapler. You made it!  Out of breath, struggling to maintain your composer you pick up the handset and proudly answer, " Thank you calling, how may I help you?"  Success!  Then you hear, "Hi, this is Rachel from Card Services...." Don't let this happen to our clients.  Turn on the *8 feature.
  6. Ahh, the freaky half tab with useless settings.  That is my pesky little friend.  It looks like a hidden gem, but very disappointing when I click on it.
  7. That particular issue seems to be resolved.  BUT.. I brought it up to Ms K that the autoprovisioner was pushing "account 2" to the BLFs instead of pushing Account one, creating a lot havoc. We also found a couple of other critical issues that she is aware of.  All in all, a good day of finding gremlins.
  8. I tried to initiate a port in Monster, I entered the number and clicked add.  I then get the eternal spinning blue thingy.
  9. It seems to be all messed up. The BLF keys are missing setting inputs as well. Needs to looked at.
  10. Thanks Marie!  That's how I have it.  It is still being rejected by the zswitch.  Time for the big guns.
  11. I followed this: Emails sent to 8176280888@ctpbx.sip.cleartrunk.com with a PDF (or TIFF) attachment will fax the attachment to 8176280888. The email must come from agoss@cleartrunk.com. But it said good in call history

  13. So.. I already had an A (Host) for *.sip pointing to 184.106.157.174 for the sip accounts. And I just added and MX record of *.sip to fax.zswitch.net
  14. Can we dumb it down a bit for me. My hosted domain is sip.cleartrunk.com, this pbx account is ctpbx.sip.cleartrunk.com So.. will the host be sip or do I need to add an MX record for each pbx? like ctpbx.sip? Are we sure it is an MX record or a CName/Alias? Or do I create a CName of sip, point it ..arggg.. Help.
  15. I am unable to find the "Default Action" option when the person calling in does not choose an option. Also.. How do we select what voicemail box it goes to if no one answers?
  16. It seems to be missing 4 line keys of the 10, and there seems to be an additional unlabeled tab after preferences.

  19. Is there a magic wand that converts existing accounts to Monster? If not, what is the process to get existing devices listed on adv provisioner, extensions and DIDs to be assigned to users/devices?

  21. Thanks Karl!  It is all saved and buttoned up.  I will wait on the DNS gods now.  Hopefully it will start working in a few hours.
