  1. Is there a way we can get notified when an account is running low on per minute credits?  We had a customer's 800 number quit working due to the per minute credits running out.  I turned on the auto recharge for their per minute credits to avoid their number going out of service.  Now I am wondering about all of our other accounts.
  2. Has anyone registered the Vertical IP 2041 phone to Monster PBX?  We have a customer who would like to try registering their Vertical IP 2041 phones to the Monster PBX.  We plan on doing some testing with this phone with our customer next week.  Any suggestions?
  3. Our customer is looking for web interface for showing presense.  They are wondering if we can offer something like what Google does as per the statement below.

When you’re on a business call, your Google Chat status automatically
turns from green (available) to red (busy), thus keeping you from being
disturbed by friends and co-workers. Once you’re done, it reverts back to
green, giving them the signal that a call is again unobtrusive.

Customer also has follow up question:
    - do you provide access to the webhooks (WH) available within Kazoo API
    <https://2600hz.atlassian.net/wiki/display/APIs/WebHooks>;?
    - or could you offer a simple web dashboard showing the user's status using
    those WH?
  4. We have a banking customer who is asking about security.  I need help explaining security with the 2600Hz pbx service.  All I know is that port 7000 needs to be open for audio.

Customer asks:  Any one else have any banks that use cloud pbx service? Just curious, it seems that due to security and data breaches that we would need to make sure of the security on the entity that is connecting to us. Of course I am assuming that it is a direct connection or an open port of some kind.
  5. Customer would like to be able to view not just all call activity, but also all voicemail messages in a list with columns for date received, caller ID,  status (if played or new), message length, and separate buttons to both listen to the message and return the call.
  6. Thanks Karl.  I do like the quality of the Polycom phones.  I would think BLF for parking would not be an issue.  All users just need to know who is available to transfer a call to.  Seems to make sense that if a user parks a call, it will show that the user is not busy on the line.  Are you saying that if a user picks up a parked call, it will not show that user busy?
  7. We have a potential customer who currently uses Toshiba IP phones with 20 progammable buttons and some have side cars for more buttons as most all users need BLF display info for 25 employees.

As I am new to this type of setup, I am looking for best solution and have questions.

    1.  Which SIP phones are recommended; Polycom?  Cisco?  etc.  And do they have SIP phones for this type of setup?  Softphones?

    2.  Looks like there may be a way to program all of the buttons via the Monster Advanced Provisioner.  Has anyone done this successfully?

Thanks, just starting to dig into this and read a few discussions around this on this Community.
