simonp22
Hi there, Searched the forums but couldn't find an answer so am posting here. Is there a way to easily restrict inbound calls to a particular kazoo account on the account level?
FASTDEVICE
if I'm understanding your request properly, you want to blacklist certain DIDs at the account level? If so, there is a backlist feature in advanced callflows.
simonp22
Not certain DIDs, all DIDs.
romana
if the number is not set as local in the carrier module, you can just remove the inbound channels from the account, if it is set as local number, just change it to inventory and then remove incoming channels from the account. 2600Hz Employees mc_ Posted September 13, 2019 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted September 13, 2019 Don't assign the account a DID and it won't receive a call for that DID. If you must keep the DID assigned to the account, create or edit the callflow for the DID(s) to use the "response" callflow action to respond to the caller with the SIP response code of choice.
