Hi all!

I set up distinctive ring tone, in a callflow and after that there is a route to  a queue

The problem is the queue will not recognize the alert info.

Does anyone has this experience ?

I have a callow that starts with a distinctive ring tone, it then goes to a queue.


The phones in the queue dont follow the alert info, looks like it doesnt pass thru
