naveed6865 Posted March 13, 2020 Report Share Posted March 13, 2020 Hello I am setting up Email to Fax gateway. everything is setup, but whe we send Email to fax server, the kazoo_fax process rejects the email with 550 Not Allowed, I have added the email and domain both in smtp permissions list but still its not working. relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:19025, delay=0.79, delays=0.74/0/0/0.05, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 554 not allowed (in reply to RCPT TO command)) Regards Naveed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Now i am getting issue that when i send fax to fax gateway, its send me the Error in email with this code "invalid fax cid number: undefined" Moreover i am sending the Fax as +32XXXXXXXXX, this number when i dial from softphone, going directly to my local resource and outbound carrier, but in fax case, its showing like 322 XXX XXXX like NPANX number, How to fix this case?
