You may want to expand the log lines returned by the status command there to see what exactly caused the main process to exit.

Check the startup logs in /var/log/kamailio/kamailio.log and see if it suggests anything? Could be that vanilla Kamailio started and bound for the IP/port already. Try stopping kamailio (not kazoo-kamailio) if so.

it was the issue in local.cfg file .  these commands below were writing my host name and IP address at the required location but were unable to uncomment that configuration line in the file. i just uncomment  it and restarted the service now its running .

# Update the hostname in the config sed -i "s/kamailio\.2600hz\.com/${_HOSTNAME}/g" /etc/kazoo/kamailio/local.cfg

# Update the IP addresses sed -i "s/127\.0\.0\.1/${IP_ADDR}/g" /etc/kazoo/kamailio/local.cfg
