Rally IP Admin Posted April 12, 2015 Report Posted April 12, 2015 Previously I was told that changes in Monster UI can may cause problems to existing accounts created in kazoo. I was told to use kazoo for any accounts created in kazoo and only use monster UI for the accounts I created with monster UI. Is this still the case?

This comment was made before the Advanced Callflow app was available in Monster UI. Now, you can manage all of your accounts in Monster UI without logging into Kazoo UI by utilizing Callflows for your existing accounts.
