Polycon VVX 400 disable https not working

When provisioning a Polycom VVX 400 phone and setting in the advanced provisioner to disable https,  you can still log into the phone with https,

 I had to create a file on a Web server  with the following parameters

 

<PHONE_LOCAL
		httpd.cfg.enabled="0"
		httpd.cfg.secureTunnelRequired="0"
		httpd.enabled="0"
	/>

 

Please include this in  the provisioning settings,
