    Hey Karl, I understand where you are coming from and it makes total sense. We now have a JIRA ticket to track this and I will talk to the team as well. I'd be interested to hear from others who have customers with faxbox users. Are they getting the same requests?

    Hello, I myself have not seen this requested before. As you stated, usually the end users do this prior. Thank you for the feedback and for opening a JIRA case. I will keep an eye out and let you know of any progress.

    Anthony, Thank you for your question, you would generate your own CSR so that you could get the certificate. We, 2600Hz, would not be involved in this process. Once you obtain an SSL certificate we would take it and add it to our system.
