You really need to get yourself off 3.x ASAP.

When playing back a VM if you hit 3 and then enter a voicemail box you want to transfer to then hit # it will transfer. The prompts need to be updated to sync up with the feature which is around for a longtime now. https://github.com/2600hz/kazoo/commit/da21a410904204e3e61e38ebd47baeeb1a3f27f0

I would suggest that this should be on a switch - most carriers will use PAI if present for caller ID
