I was thinking about making one off of the user manuals off of here. But I thought I'd ask if anyone else had already done it if they'd mind sharing. Thanks!!

Rick Guyton Posted May 12, 2016 Author Report Posted May 12, 2016 Le sigh, no... Most of our users just call us and have us do all the things anyhow. Kind of feels like a waste for us by ourselves. I'd love to have it for my more self-motivated users though.

esoare Posted May 12, 2016 Report Posted May 12, 2016 I have clients that the admin is "IT", I end up doing hands on training, and they "poke" around... Other clients will always call me... = Different prices for different clients.
Karl Stallknecht Posted May 12, 2016 Report Posted May 12, 2016 We have brief documentation for the basics, but for most things we just tell people to call us. Our entire business model is selling to people who aren't capable of managing the phones themselves haha.
