Had a few customers ask about the ability to barge into calls and to use silent monitoring of calls
Does 2600hz have these features?
Caller A barges into Caller B's phone call
Caller A listens to Caller B's phone call

Hi Michael,
Call barge & whisper are generally features associated with Call Center functionality, and we are aware of the utility. While I can't discuss roadmap on community, please keep an eye on this space for further developments down the line.

Anything new on providing Barge feature?  We have many customers requesting Barge feature.  We also use Barge on a daily basis on our legacy phones.
