Michael D
I'm testing Advanced provisioner currently with a Polycom 550. The Advanced provisioner is advising using this URL: https://p.s.zswitch.net This url does not seem to be working, or I have the polycom misconfigured Thanks MD
Logicwrath
You may want to get an official response as I am new here. However, I think it is p3.zswitch.net.
Michael D
Good Morning Logicwrath, Thanks for the response. I am using p3 as well, but cannot seem to get it to work with https, have you?
Logicwrath
I can't comment on Polycom (maybe Karl can), however, I know with the Yealinks there is an issue with the handsets currently not liking the existing SSL certificate. Darren suggested that a new Verisign SSL certificate is coming soon which should solve the issue with the Yealinks.
Karl Stallknecht
Depending on the model of Polycom it sometimes likes the SSL and other times doesn't. I think it's an issue of older Polycoms versus newer ones. We were trying to get an older Polycom to provision and couldn't, and after contacting 2600hz support they told us not to use SSL - we weren't even aware of this problem since we had been using SSL on VVX 400s (newer Polycoms) with zero issues. Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted March 23, 2016 Administrators Report Share Posted March 23, 2016 I believe Ops has acquired the new cert but has yet to install it. So, yes, try http:// for now. It should work.
