Anthony Goss Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 Is there a way to for the vmail to email to Identify what box it came from? I see it in the template, I tried it, and the result was not the Name of the vmail box, but some garbly programming stuff.I have 2 clients asking for this.

Karl Stallknecht Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 Yes, or regular in Kazoo. Just go and add a caller ID prepend with the voicemail box name before any place there is a voicemail item in a call flow.
Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted March 18, 2016 Administrators Report Posted March 18, 2016 I am almost positive that the new branding app has variables, and one of them is now the mailbox number, so you can customize the voicemail to email notices. But I could be wrong. We discussed it at one point.
Baze Posted May 17, 2016 Report Posted May 17, 2016 We switched over to teletype yesterday (love it!) and there is a macro for {{voicemail.box}}, but did see that this is the actual box number, not the "friendly" one. There is also a macro for owner.first_name and owner.last_name that could be called in a template, though.
