Marie
Has anyone had any luck with call recording to their Google Drive storage?
Karl Stallknecht
I would love to be able to do this. FTP is better than nothing, but annoying since then we have to maintain an FTP server for it. Google Drive (or Dropbox) would make it easy and free :-)
Marie
What about the http:// storage as per instructions. Anyone get this to work?
Raj
I have used these guys in the past. https://calln.com/ It works well and has full analytics and a dashboard. You pay per seat but then mark it up for the customers who want the analytics and dashboard access.R-
Karl Stallknecht
Have you gotten it to work with 2600hz specifically, Raj?
Marie
Raj, I am wondering the same as Karl. Are you using it with the 2600hz Monster PBX? Looks like they support modern VOIP systems and SIP Protocol. One of my customer's major requirement if for bidirectional call recording. I will have to recommend this to my customer. Travis Hawkins
Has anyone had any luck implementing calln? Or is there a better solution that others are using? We haven't had a need for automated call recording yet, but I think it would be a nice offering if there's a solid solution available.
Adam Greenberg
Why can't you just add a column inside of monster for recordings and just SYMLINK it to an Amazon storage! It is very inexpensive "LIKE 0.03 PER GIG" and you don't have to worry about using up the storage on the local PBX. Admins, Resellers, and even Customers could add their AWS API key/token what have you and instantly connect!!!
Logicwrath
This is a good idea, I think the 2600 team may already be working on integrating with other cloud storage systems like Google Drive and Dropbox. I have seen it mentioned in other posts.
Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted March 29, 2016 Administrators Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 This is in the works. No ETA quite yet but we're getting there.
Logicwrath
As a Microsoft partner we get $100 of free Azure credits each month. So if you are considering storage services, we like how that would be free for us. :)
