Thank you so much Darren and the rest of the crew for making this possible. I'm rushing to send out a mass email to our clients now LOL. Also thanks to fastdevice for doing the digging and getting this working :-)

I'll add it to my list and will let you know when it's added. As a side note, this is already supported for music on hold on users and accounts if you select the Stream URL dropdown value and type your Shoutcast URL after.

Then for MOH on account: - Start the callflows app > Select Account Settings > Select Misc Tab > Music on Hold dropdown select Stream URL For Users: - Start the callflows app > Select Users > Click on a User > Click on Advanced > Click on the Options tab > Music on Hold dropdown select Stream URL

Marie Posted April 28, 2021 Report Posted April 28, 2021 (edited) I was able to use streaming audio Music on Hold option via Advanced Callflows>Misc>Account's Music on Hold. Selected the Stream URL option and entered the link as shout://icstream01.thepleaseholdgroup.com:8000/phgteststream Just had to replace http:// with shout:// on the link. Tested successfully with calls on hold, parked calls and call transfers! Edited April 28, 2021 by Marie (see edit history)
